Prepare · Draft
Start with an exact manifest.
Create a Draft, choose exact Inventory lots, plan quantities and locations, and start only when you’re ready.
Coming soon · iPhone + Android
The offline-ready inventory and Show Ledger built for the individual vendor behind the table. Prepare your cards, capture every kind of deal, and finish the event with a trustworthy closeout.
No marketplace required. No Jerbventory transaction fee.
The problem
Spreadsheets can hold inventory. Notes can remember a few deals. Neither is built to follow a card from the case, through a bundle or trade, into the final show result. Jerbventory connects those steps without requiring a connection at the table.
One Show · Five connected stages
Jerbventory is organized around the full day behind the table. Every stage adds evidence to the same Show, so the final result never has to be reconstructed from scattered tools.
Prepare · Draft
Create a Draft, choose exact Inventory lots, plan quantities and locations, and start only when you’re ready.
Show Mode · Available in beta
Show Mode keeps the active event, its exact Inventory, quick actions, pending work, and past activity in one focused workspace.
Snap Deal · Needs Review
Create a Quick Capture as a sale, purchase, trade, or unknown activity. Add a private on-device photo as a memory aid, then resolve the details when traffic slows down.
Reconcile
Compare expected and physical quantities, then focus only on the differences that need attention before closeout.
Confidence Closeout
Jerbventory blocks completion while unresolved activity remains, separates payment methods, shows where cost basis is missing, and records an immutable result when the Show is closed.
Reusable Shows
Reuse a completed or cancelled Show once, or save a durable template for a recurring event. A new independent Draft uses current Inventory quantities and asking prices while the source Show’s sales, expenses, closeout, and history stay untouched.
Jerbventory explains anything copied, capped, or skipped.
Inventory + Collection
Jerbventory keeps what you sell operational and what you keep personal—without letting either side quietly distort the other.
Every card has a deliberate side.
What you actively sell and account for.
Can be allocated to an exact Show manifest.
What you own without intending to vend.
Never enters vending totals, manifests, or realized profit.
Workflows support Pokémon, Digimon, Magic: The Gathering, One Piece, Basketball, Baseball, Football, and Soccer. Catalog and automated-pricing availability varies by category and release. Only Pokémon and Digimon currently have automated price-provider workflows; other categories keep manual or imported values explicit. Jerbventory never invents a price.
CSV + XLSX Import
Import structured CSV or multi-sheet XLSX files into Inventory, Collection, or both. Jerbventory recognizes common columns, previews every change, validates rows, identifies duplicates, protects against importing the same file twice, and produces a rejected-row report that can be corrected and re-imported.
Local-first trust
Core holdings and Show workflows live on the device. Backups use a verified, versioned archive; restore validates the archive before changing the workspace.
Your Inventory and Show Ledger remain available locally at the table.
Archives are versioned and validated before restore changes your workspace.
Android rotates verified backups in a selected folder. iOS supports checkpoints and explicit export to Files or a cloud-backed location.
Product roadmap
Jerbventory can grow from a trusted solo-vendor Show Ledger into a much deeper operating system for the card community. The pipeline is broad, but every step must protect exact Inventory, money, and audit history. No invented delivery dates.
Roadmap items describe product direction, not delivery commitments. Catalog, image, and connected-service availability will vary by category and release until each capability is ready.
Proposed pricing
Billing is not active. These ideas are proposed—not launch commitments—and will be validated before Jerbventory becomes publicly available.

Honest boundaries
Jerbventory does not process payments, list cards for sale, provide formal tax accounting, grade cards with AI, or guarantee the accuracy of information a user enters. It is currently single-user and local-first, without cloud sync, team accounts, or storefront tools.
Coming soon
Jerbventory is being shaped around the complete workflow of the individual vendor—from the first card packed to the final reconciled result.
